Fulfillment Policy.

• Refund policy — All sales are final. Refunds are not provided because each test kit is uniquely coded to each client, for security purposes. It is not possible to refund or resell a kit that we have coded to a client.

• Delivery policy — Test kits are delivered to clients within 5 business days following payment.

• Return policy — All sales are final. Returns are not possible because each test kit is uniquely coded to each client, for security purposes. It is not possible to refund or resell a kit that we have coded to a client.

• Cancellation policy — Clients may cancel services at any time so that they do not procure (and are not charged for) new testing kits. Testing services for already purchased kits can not be cancelled, though clients have no obligation to use said kits.
